Warranty & Returns

All pieces are made with care and built to last. If a fault arises as a result of normal use, Zarby Designs will repair or remedy the issue where possible.

Natural materials and handmade processes mean variation is part of the work, and not considered a defect.

Finishes are covered for a period of 12 months from delivery. General wear, environmental factors, and misuse are not covered, however I am happy to provide any advice about care and refinishing.

As each piece is made individually, we do not offer exchanges or returns for change of mind.
